Around 150 tradespeople are currently finishing the final touches on the first apartments within Altum Property Group’s luxury Parkridge Noosa mixed use development.

Hutchinson Builders Area Manager Michael Michell said Parkridge Noosa was one of the largest projects that his team has undertaken on the Sunshine Coast with a range of apartments, luxury terraces and the Parkridge Social Club all currently under construction.

“We are making great progress onsite with the first 35 apartments in stage 2 heading towards completion in the next few months while the 45 luxury terrace homes which overlook Lake Weyba are due for completion at the end of the year. Our team is also working on the Parkridge Social Club which will include a restaurant, gym and convenience store and we anticipate that it will be completed by September.

It’s great to be working with the Altum Property Group along with the project architects Blackburne Jackson design, we’ve undertaken a number of projects together over the years so we know we are building a high quality product for the discerning buyer.

“We also feel a great sense of pride in the fact that we can provide some long term employment opportunities for the many local tradespeople who are working on this project,” Mr Michell said.

Parkridge sales director Jeremy Gilmore said the first of the precinct’s residents were due to move into their Vilas in July this year.

“The Parkridge Villas were a huge success from a sales perspective with buyers eager to embrace the unique lifestyle on offer. We are now in a position where we have buyers literally counting down the days until they can call Parkridge home so it’s very exciting for everyone.

“We’ve recorded $130 m in sales since the project was launched in late 2017 and we’ve sold villas, apartments and townhouses to a range of buyers who are attracted to the project’s unique tranquil lifestyle as well as easy access to the picturesque Noosa Springs Golf and Spa Resort which include one of the best golf courses on the Sunshine Coast as well as a high quality restaurant and health spa.

“Within Parkridge there is a range of quality communal facilities including a large gymnasium, 25m lap pool, restaurant and café, a local provedore and over 2500 square metres of lush parkland to relax, exercise or socialise. It’s also just minutes away from Noosa’s stunning beaches, world class restaurants, cafes and boutiques as well as local entertainment, sporting and cultural centres.

“Right now we have a range of two, three and four bedroom homes across the project ranging from $660,000 right through to $1,850,000 so there is something for everyone and we encourage people to come and see our display suite and find out what Parkridge is all about,” Jeremy said.

The Parkridge Noosa display suite is now open to the public from 10am to 2pm daily. For more information, visit: www.parkridgenoosa.com or to arrange a personal viewing call Jeremy on 0418 943 787.
