Introducing team Oceanside: Ferdinand Braeutigam and Josefine Lea Dohm started Oceanside property to combine their passion for real estate, design, and media.
Ferdinand Braeutigam is a true real estate enthusiast and design lover.
Growing up with entrepreneurial parents that worked in various fields of real estate and architecture, he developed a keen eye for property early on.
He was always interested in the creation of value through renovations and the right investment decisions. Completing an apprenticeship as a carpenter gave him a great understanding of the practical side of properties and a good eye for the potential and quality of each home.
Further, Ferdinand completed a Bachelor of Science in real estate to expand his knowledge and to get an in-depth understanding of the investment side of real estate.
Through his studies and previous work experience in both the commercial and residential sectors, Ferdinand has a very solid foundation in the real estate business.
Josefine Lea Dohm is passionate about media and design and is responsible for presenting your property visually. She does all our photography, video, and graphic design work.
Lea completed a Bachelor of Design in Photography and Situated Media at the University of Technology Sydney.
Her previous experience in working as a graphic designer and working in real estate in photography and design, make her a true asset for team Oceanside.
Both Ferdi and Lea fell in love with the coastal lifestyle and beautiful homes of Noosa a couple of years ago and are passionate about providing an excellent service for their clients.
