The way you start a new year can help determine the way it turns out.

So, let’s see what 2024 brings.

First auction listed in Noosa is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, one-car apartment 1/81 Noosa Pde, Noosa Heads.

Set for auction at 12pm, Saturday, 13 January, with Leigh Vercoe and Chris Kazal of Laguna Real Estate, it is a single-level, ground-floor apartment in a complex of seven with access to the waterways.
