Looking for that endless summer

A little out of the ordinary is a super chic house at Sunrise, that brings with it reminiscences of endless summers at the beach.

With hints of Palm Springs style and mid-century modernism, it has a lot of things going for it, according to Tiffany Wilson of Tom Offermann Real Estate.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom, one-car golf apartment 828/100 Resort Dve, is scheduled for auction at 11am on Saturday, June 4.

Jill Goode at Tom Offermann Real Estate is getting a lot of interest in the property, especially from Brisbane and within the Noosa Springs resort as well as neighbouring residential areas.

“It’s a really lovely apartment,’’ Jill said. “It has so much air-flow and greenery.’’

All on one level, this apartment’s front balcony looks out to the green and bunkers, as well as a grouping of shade trees.

The two bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are nicely separated from each other and there is another sunny terrace at the opposite end.

Set for auction tomorrow, Saturday, is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom riverfront apartment at 4/235 Gympie Tce, Noosaville.

Marketed by Melanie Butcher of Laguna Real Estate, it is in Riverside – a set of eight boutique apartments.

Scheduled for auction at 11am on Saturday, the top-floor apartment is considered a good entry-point to the Gympie Tce market.

“It’s a beauty,’’ Melanie said. “Perhaps the cheapest three-bedroom apartment on the riverfront.

“There has been a real cross-section of interest – local and Brisbane, but the main source has been locals downsizing.

“There are fantastic options – live in, holiday let or permanently rent out.’’

In the north-east corner of the complex, it enjoys great views across the river and up the western reach that gives those magnificent sunsets.

In gated complex with separate dining and easy flow from the living area to the courtyard, the apartment had a sunny north-facing terrace.

BEACHFRONT OPPORTUNITY

A one-bedroom, one-bathroom beachfront apartment 208 Netanya, 71 Hastings St, Noosa Heads, is due to go to auction at 1pm on Friday, June 3.

There has been good inquiry throughout the campaign for the apartment, that goes to auction tomorrow, Saturday, at 11am.
